Its location right in the heart of Ciutadella couldn't be more perfect, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, there are plenty of food options nearby to satisfy different cravings.

This place is in a great location, just a short walk to delicious restaurants, the entire island, and beautiful beaches in the western half.

We loved everything! The location, the comfort of the bed, the spacious double sink and the style and personality of the decoration of both the restaurant and the room - I specially loved the patio of the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent , lent us an umbrella for the beach and everyone was super friendly.

The beds were extremely comfortable. the central heating was a nice touch. - the hotel had a good location, right next to Puerto Antiguo de Ciutadella de Menorca. - I enjoyed my stay at this place.

Cozy triple room with a nice big bed 🛏️. Perfect spot in the Balearic Islands. Just a short stroll away from beautiful beaches, on the island's western side. Also close to the bustling center and charming old town.

The hotel is in an ideal location, right next to the old town in city center. We could easily explore the charming streets and enjoy the rich history of the area. the restaurant at the hotel provided us with the best meal we had during our entire island trip.

The check-in process could have been improved. We would have preferred to be welcomed by a person instead of receiving a message with codes.

I had a fantastic stay at Smoix in the heart of the city center. the boutique hotel had a perfect blend of industrial design and cozy atmosphere. the attention to detail was impressive, with fine touches throughout. the location was excellent, and having direct access to parking made it convenient for our rented car. the breakfast, which was included in the rate, was absolutely amazing. the food at the restaurant, available for lunch and dinner at an additional cost, was equally delicious. the owners, who were also super welcoming, made our stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to come back!

They provided everything we needed for our little ones, from cribs and bed guards to bottle warmers. It made traveling with young children so much easier and gave us peace of mind knowing that our kids were safe and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure that all our requests were met. We couldn't have asked for a better experience as a family.

For dads it would be great to have a small playground area for the kids.

Personally, we found the flat-screen TV in the room to be a bit small. However, we understand that others may not mind or even prefer a smaller screen.

Loved the trendy decor with vintage doors as headboards, rustic-industrial design, and the unique bathroom basin. The multi-course menus were delicious, and the honesty fridge was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and has a fantastic restaurant.

Well, I guess there wasn't really anything to dislike. but if I had to nitpick, maybe they could have provided a personal masseuse to rub my feet after a long day of exploring.

Lovely staff, central location near the cathedral. Nicely decorated double room with complimentary water, nuts, and sweets. Kettle and tea provided. Trust bar with water, beer, and sangria. Busy restaurant and delicious breakfast.
